Creating a Living Editorial Style Guide for Agile Projects

In agile we often wait until the end to document. But when creating content in an agile process, a living style guide can be an incredibly useful tool for making sure that content remains cohesive and consistent.

Using a recent project as a case study, I walked  through some of the main principles of creating and maintaining an agile, living style guide, including:

• A style guide MVP
• Recognizing what belongs, and what doesn’t
• Resolving conflicting ideas
