Understanding how everything connects.
Not just technology, but people, processes, policy… everything that influences what can and should happen.
Understanding that change that lasts takes time.
Moving fast and breaking things only works if you don’t care if it can’t be fixed.
I look for the leverage points to create the greatest change.
